What to Expect

 

Here’s what you can expect from The Adrenal ReCode LIVE 10-week program (Sept 24-Dec 10, 2019) that is divided into 8 modules with 45+ hours of video, webinar and handout content. In addition to the curriculum outline below, you’ll also learn What’s Included and Meet Your Program Experts.

MODULE 1: Assessment & ReCode Food Strategy

Week 1

This isn’t a one-size-fits-all approach. Rather than spending $1500+ on lab work to determine the current state of your adrenals, thyroid, brain chemicals, and digestive health, you’ll take our Self-Assessment Algorithmic Questionnaire to determine which track of the program you’ll follow.

Lab work gives us a snapshot of the present state of your health. Our assessment was created from 30 years of combined clinical experience and is designed to take into account the entirety of your past and present and how they directly affect what you’re experiencing now.

We’ll then deep dive into the clinically based food strategy.

In This Module, You’ll Learn:

  • How to assess your physical and emotional health to hone in on the best starting point for you.
  • An overview of the process you will go through in all 3 parts of The Adrenal ReCode program.
  • How to shop and eat from The ReCode Food List, begin establishing food frequency, and get yourself set up with supplements if you will be taking them.
  • Beginning dietary guidelines to provide a road map to physiological healing.
  • The best way to approach this process to achieve the results you desire.
  • ReCode mantras and playlists to help you stay positively focused along the journey.
  • 5 tips to help you create healthy habits and make successful long-term health changes.
  • How to create an internal and external environment for healing to occur.
  • Which track of the program you’ll be following (Tier 1 or Tier 2) and what that means for your diet, food frequency, and lifestyle.

MODULE 2: Real-Time Feedback and Assessment Tools

Weeks 2 &3

In This Module, You’ll Learn:

  • How to use your body temperature, pulse, and food logs as both subjective and objective assessments to help you continue to customize your program and regain your health.
  • How your physiology is and has been affected by your days, weeks, months and all the years preceding this present moment.
  • Whether your body is able to withstand the stress of each day, or if your body is locked in a sympathetic dominant state, resulting in exhausted adrenals and a suppressed thyroid.
  • How to establish your own unique baseline from which to customize your food specific to your body’s exact needs.
  • More detailed dietary guidelines for each food group plus instructions for how often to eat what and what food frequency will work for you.
  • Specific meals and snacks you can have if you wake up with an appetite and meals you can have if you wake up without an appetite.
  • How to mix and match your meals based upon which foods you can easily digest and feel good eating.
  • Your 7 Daily Doses of power foods to be used to expedite your progress.

Module 3: Manipulating Your Macronutrients,
Movement & Breath

Weeks 4 & 5

In This Module, You’ll Learn:

  • How to log the grams of your macronutrients (proteins, carbs, and fats) with each meal and snack using the ReCode app.
  • Log Review – How to review and interpret your own logs to see what’s working and what’s not.
  • Refinement: How to continually customize your macronutrient intake specific to the needs of your cells based upon your logs to advance your healing exponentially.
  • Three breathing techniques to get more oxygen into your cells while creating a rest-digest-and-heal dominant state.
  • ReCode yoga flow and additional movement practices to further advance your progress.
  • A ReCode sleep routine to get you sleeping earlier, longer & deeper.
  • What to do if you’re struggling and feeling overwhelmed – a perspective shift.

Module 4: Identifying and Examining Limiting Beliefs

Week 6

In This Module, You’ll Learn:

  • What limiting beliefs are and how they’re formed.
  • The difference between your memorized or habitual self and your present or true self.
  • How to identify the key limiting beliefs that keep you stuck in fight-or-flight mode attracting the wrong situations, circumstances, and people into your life.
  • A six-step process to examine your limiting beliefs so that you can begin to dismantle them.
  • Proven interruption practices for consistency and progress.

Module 5: Creating Right Personal Accountability

Week 7

In This Module, You’ll Learn:

  • How much right accountability does or does not affect your health and happiness.
  • Where you fall on the continuum of accountability.
  • Supportive strategies for empaths, highly sensitive people (HSPs), caretakers, and chronic over-givers.
  • Mirroring exercises to help with greater right accountability.
  • Daily practices to reinforce this new accountability approach and create freedom.
  • Reframing exercises to help you see things in a new light.
  • Reinforcement techniques to enhance the gifts of accountability in your life.

Module 6: Releasing Trapped Negative Emotions,
Presence & Forgiveness

Week 8

In This Module, You’ll Learn:

  • How our emotional and physical health are inextricably linked.
  • How to release stored, trapped negative emotions from the body.
  • What being “in the present moment” actually means.
  • How to do a one-day presence challenge.
  • The impact of forgiveness on physical health.
  • The free yourself forgiveness exercise.
  • A deeper understanding of the power of emotions, presence, and the impact of forgiveness.

Week 9

In This Module, You’ll Learn:

  • How to identify your empowering beliefs.
  • ReCoding your limiting beliefs to your empowering beliefs.
  • How to establish healthy boundaries in an ongoing way.
  • How to hold power within your being to create ongoing emotional strength and safety.

Module 8: Living The ReCode

Week 10

In This Module, You’ll Learn:

  • Where you currently fall on the physical and emotional wheel of life.
  • How to write your own story.
  • Visualization and imagery to reinforce your new story.
  • How to live the ReCode – physical and emotional reinforcement techniques.
  • Clinical tips for using temperature and pulse post-ReCode.
  • Post-ReCode supplement guidance.

Christa is the founder of The Whole Journey and the creator of The Adrenal ReCode.

Jeanne Rubin

 

Jeanne Rubin from East West Healing is our primary clinical guest in The Adrenal ReCode. She has been a nutritionist helping individuals heal their nervous system, thyroid, and adrenals for the last 15 years. She’s worked with thousands of people across the globe, educating them on how to use food as medicine, and more importantly, the degree of individualization necessary to providing a nourishing foundation for the body to heal.


Clinical & Integrative Nutrition Team

Danielle Huntsman is a medical writer, certified nutrition specialist, and licensed nutritionist. She holds a masters degree in Nutrition and Integrative Health and is an active member of the Institute for Functional Medicine and Board for Certification of Nutrition Specialists. Danielle specializes in gastrointestinal and endocrine health and serves as the lead nutrition consultant under Christa at The Whole Journey.

Nicole Dube has been a clinical nutritionist in private practice for 6 years. She is board certified in holistic nutrition by the National Association of Nutrition Professionals (NANP) and is a Certified Nutrition Specialist (CNS). Nicole is a level 3 clinical nutritionist with The Whole Journey. Her passion lies in the blend of science and spirituality, helping others balance their physical, emotional, and spiritual bodies for true healing to occur.

Lori Jo Berg received her Master’s degree in Holistic Nutrition from Hawthorne University in 2013 and has been helping customers breakdown the mental and physical barriers of health for the last 6 years. She is here to help you with your technical questions, lend encouragement, and make things as easy as possible for you to complete your journey and regain your health. She has been on The Whole Journey clinical team for 2 years.

Tammera Logan has been a Life Coach for over 15 years and worked for Tony Robbins for 10 years. She is dedicated to helping others heal and transform limiting beliefs and life patterns so that they can live a life aligned with their core values, passions, and unique gifts.

Kris Iselin-Bradley has been an Emotional Mastery Coach for over 20 years. She assists people on their journey to self-discovery and emotional healing and guides them along their path to truly knowing who they are on a deep level.
