ReCode Action Items:
- Print out your Food List and grocery shop from it to stock your kitchen with recode-approved foods. Start to eat only from this food list, according to your Tier.
- Drink your ReCode Morning Elixir upon rising (can be hot or room temperature).
- Eat breakfast within one hour of waking up. If you are on Tier 2, you will eat within 30 minutes of waking.
- Make sure to start taking 3 deep breaths before eating each meal.
- Upgrade coffee to organic with added Lion’s Mane mushroom powder for the nervous system, and do not drink it before 10 am or after 1 pm. Always have it with food and no more than 5 days a week.
- Drink your Golden milk about an hour before bed each night this week. Some of you will be having a salty banana with cashews instead.
