ReCode Action Items:

  1. Print out your Food List and grocery shop from it to stock your kitchen with recode-approved foods. Start to eat only from this food list, according to your Tier.
  2. Drink your ReCode Morning Elixir upon rising (can be hot or room temperature).
  3. Eat breakfast within one hour of waking up. If you are on Tier 2, you will eat within 30 minutes of waking.
  4. Make sure to start taking 3 deep breaths before eating each meal.
  5. Upgrade coffee to organic with added Lion’s Mane mushroom powder for the nervous system, and do not drink it before 10 am or after 1 pm. Always have it with food and no more than 5 days a week.
  6. Drink your Golden milk about an hour before bed each night this week. Some of you will be having a salty banana with cashews instead.
