Module 7 is a practical approach to true and lasting empowerment. True and lasting empowerment is what is going to create an ongoing feeling of resilience and safety by way of creating emotional strength that lasts.

In Module 7, You’ll Learn:

  • How to identify your empowering beliefs and fill out your own empowering belief chart
  • Ways to shift memorized beliefs into present self beliefs
  • How to establish healthy boundaries in an ongoing way
  • How to hold power within your being to create ongoing emotional strength and safety
