Our focus for Module 6 is the perfect compliment to The Right Accountability approach you learned in Module 5. 

We’re excited to take a deep dive with you to uncover how our emotions are so powerful that they directly affect our physical health, why living in the present moment brings peace, and the remarkable health and social benefits of forgiveness.

In Module 6, You’ll Learn:

  • How our emotional and physical health are inextricably linked
  • How to release stored, trapped negative emotions from the body
  • What being “in the present moment” actually means
  • How to do a one-day Presence Challenge
  • The impact of forgiveness on physical health
  • The Free Yourself forgiveness exercise
