Adrenal ReCode Action Items:

  1. Add in two different five-minute breathing sessions daily whenever it works in your schedule.
  2. Do the Alternate Nostril Breathing at night as apart of your Adrenal ReCode Sleep Routine if you get anxiety at night or have trouble sleeping.
  3. Use the Module 3 Adrenal ReCode Mantras & Playlist handout to help you stay positively focused and trust the process as you make your way through the program.
