- Add in two different five-minute breathing sessions daily whenever it works in your schedule.
- Do the Alternate Nostril Breathing at night as apart of your Adrenal ReCode Sleep Routine if you get anxiety at night or have trouble sleeping.
- Use the Module 3 Adrenal ReCode Mantras & Playlist handout to help you stay positively focused and trust the process as you make your way through the program.
