How To Use The Online Logging App

  1. Watch Establishing Your Baseline video.
  2. Read the Establish Your Baseline handout.
  3. IMPORTANT SUPPLEMENT CHANGE: The DFH Multi mentioned in the video has been changed and you'll now order TWJ Whole Daily + Multi-Vitamin as outlined and linked in your handouts.
  4. We need to create a snapshot of where you are now. To help us do that, you will pick 3 consecutive days this week to start logging your subjective assessments as outlined in your Establishing Your Baseline handout. You will use the Food & Mood Log Without Macros online app to do that, so make sure to watch the tutorial on how to use the app.
      • Important Note:
        For Module 1 you will NOT be logging your temperature & pulse (objective assessments). You will begin to understand how to do that in Module 2. And, you will NOT be calculating any macronutrients in Module 1. You will learn about how to customize your macronutrients in Module 3, so they are irrelevant and counterproductive to think about in Module 1 & 2.
  5. To access the app click the LOGS tab in the navigation menu and watch How To Use The Food & Mood Log App video and read the accompanying handout.
