Adrenal ReCode Action Items:

1. Watch the video.
2. Download and read the Adrenal ReCode Supplement handout based on your Tier.
3. IMPORTANT SUPPLEMENT CHANGE: The DFH Multi mentioned in the video has been changed and you'll now order TWJ Whole Daily + Multi-Vitamin as outlined and linked in your handouts. We are also in the process of replacing Desiccated Liver with Organ Harmony.
4. Domestic {US} folks, decide and order your supplements if you’ll be taking them during the program to ground your healing process and expedite your wellness by roughly 30%-50%.
5. International folks download the Adrenal ReCode International Supplements handout based on your Tier.  Decide and order your supplements if you’ll be taking them during the program
6. Get your Vitamin D level tested [optional, but recommended to have tested twice a year].  The functional range is 60-100.
7. Order your supplements.
8. Make sure to order the liver supplement If you will not be eating 4 ounces of high-quality liver a week on the program.
