Adrenal ReCode Action Items:
- Watch the video.
- Download and review the Adrenal ReCode Clinical Strategy handout to understand how our strategy improves how your body takes in and uses food, oxygen, sleep, and movement to create a balanced brain, strong adrenal glands, a high functioning thyroid, and a healed nervous system.
- Print out your Food List and grocery shop from it to stock your kitchen with Adrenal ReCode-approved foods. Start to eat more from this food list, according to your Tier.
- Use the Portion Size Chart as a cheat sheet for true portion sizes.
- Familiarize yourself with the Food List & Dietary Guidelines handout. For now, we just want you to start to get a better understanding of what you’ll be implementing in Module 2.
- Upgrade your coffee to organic with added Lion’s Mane mushroom powder for the nervous system, and do not drink it before 10 am or after 1 pm. Always have it with food and no more than 4-5 days a week.
- Have one of the two bedtime snacks about an hour before bed each night this week.
