The Adrenal ReCode Facebook Group is an optional resource for program members only to support each other through this transformational journey. This is the place to share with each other how you're feeling, what you’ve discovered, your A-HAs, reply to your fellow program members, and celebrate as you work your way through the program.

Group Guidelines

This is a positive, uplifting place. Abusive or derogatory ​language will not be tolerated ​(nor will self-promotion/marketing) ​and those that post that type of information will be automatically removed from the group.
